This policy is drafted to ensure a better customer experience at The Grandeur Hotel Kalpa.

  1. Booking and Payment Policy
    • Advance Payment: To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
    • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be settled 15 days prior to the arrival date.
    • Confirmation: A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once the 100% total amount is realized.
  2. Check-In & Check-Out
    • Check-In: 02:00 PM.
    • Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Identification: All Indian guests must present a valid Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    • 15 Days or more before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount will be forfeited as a processing fee.
    • 8 to 14 Days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a retention fee.
    • 7 Days or less (including No-Shows): 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a retention fee; no refund will be provided.
    • Force Majeure: In case of travel restrictions due to government policies or natural calamities (landslides/extreme weather), the hotel may offer a "Credit Note" valid for 12 months, subject to availability and rate differences.
    • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 10 to 15 working days.
  4. Child Policy
    • Children below 5 years of age stay complimentary without an extra bed.
    • Children aged 5-12 years will be charged at the prevailing "Extra Child" rate.
    • Guests above 12 years are considered adults and require an extra bed at the full adult rate.

Pet Policy

The Grandeur Hotel Kalpa is proud to be a pet-friendly retreat. By booking with a pet, you agree to the following terms:

  • Requirements: Pets must be at least one year old, housebroken, and well-behaved. Guests must provide proof of Anti-Rabies and 9-in-1 vaccinations upon arrival.
  • Limits: We welcome pets weighing up to 30 kgs. Pets between 30kg and 45kg require advance General Manager approval. Maximum of two pets per room.
  • Prohibited Breeds: We do not accept online bookings for Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or Boxers.
  • Charges & Deposits:
    • Daily Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 + taxes per pet, per night will be charged.
    • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of ₹3,500 per pet, per stay is required at check-in to cover potential damages.
  • On-Site Conduct: Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier in all public areas. Pets are restricted from the main pool, fitness center, spa, and banquet areas.
  • Room Etiquette: For staff safety, an owner must be present in the room during housekeeping service. Pets should not be left unattended for more than two hours.
  • Liability: Owners are fully responsible for any property damage or personal injuries caused by their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for repairs or specialized cleaning.
